WHO CAN RENT OUR CARTS?

You MUST be 21, have valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and credit card in order to rent our carts.  Rental is not confirmed until waiver is signed.   !VAMOS! is not responsible for any driver or passenger.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN RIDE ON OUR CARTS AT A TIME?

Maximum of persons allowed in golf cart is the amount of seat belts provided, regardless of age, on golf cart at any one time. 4 seatbelts = 4 people.  Do not allow kids unattended in or around golf cart without an adult 21 years of age or older.  We are not responsible for any bodily injuries that could occur.

HOW DO YOU OPERATE OUR CARTS?

Your cart has a toggle switch with F-orward, R-everse, center is Neutral, please keep switch in center position when not in use.   ALWAYS SET THE PARKING BRAKE when not in use.  You will receive an operating instruction video via email once rental is confirmed.  Please park the golf carts in a safe place at night. Renter is responsible for any damage/stolen carts and cart accessories.   Please take the key out when not in use. There will be a $50.00 charge for missing key that is lost and/or not returned.  If you are renting our carts for 24 hours or more, you will need to have a place to plug in our carts in order to charge them.  They use a standard outlet.

WHERE CAN YOU DRIVE OUR CARTS?

Carts can be driven on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or less.  Most of the roads in the downtown/southtown/pearl area are 35mph or less.     DO NOT drive the Golf Cart on the Riverwalk or Trails at any time under any circumstances.    We ask that you do not drive our carts outside of the designated area circled on the map provided upon rental confirmation.   Our carts are equipped with GPS monitoring for security and safety

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

You must provide 24 hours notice to cancel a reservation. If a cancellation is made in less than 24 hours of your reservation, your credit card will be charged.

Question 6

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY AND PICK UP?

Accepted Answer

There is a designated pick up/drop off located within the Southtown area.  You will be sent pick up/drop off instructions once rental is confirmed.  Alternate pick/drop off can be requested in advance, but is not guaranteed.  *In order to confirm your reservation, we do require full payment at time of reservation
